By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Thai law.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You will use the Service in good faith and in accordance with these terms.

Accessing the website or completing an enrollment form constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Rianroo Lab provides online courses focused on AI development, including Python programming, data and modelling, and building with language models. Our courses are delivered in English and are designed for learners at various stages of their journey.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. We will endeavour to notify you in advance of planned interruptions where practical.

Our courses are primarily intended for learners based in Thailand, though they are accessible from other locations. Local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction may affect how you use the Service.

To enroll in a course, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Use a strong, unique password and do not share your credentials with others.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Your account is personal and may not be transferred or used by another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or where there is evidence of misuse.

You agree to use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner. The following activities are not permitted:

• Sharing, distributing, or re-uploading course materials outside the platform.
• Reproducing or reselling any part of our Content without written permission.
• Using automated tools or scripts to access or download Content in bulk.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Submitting content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the website or platform.

We encourage a calm, supportive learning environment. Interactions with mentors and other learners should remain considerate and constructive.

All Content on the Service, including but not limited to course materials, videos, practice notebooks, written exercises, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Rianroo Lab and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own private learning. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or share materials with others, including via social media or file-sharing platforms.
• Create derivative works based on our Content without prior written approval.
• Use our name, logo, or branding for commercial or promotional purposes.

Any original work you create independently during a course — such as your own code projects or capstone submissions — remains yours. However, we may ask your permission to use anonymized examples for educational or promotional purposes.

All course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. Current course prices are:

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though enrolled learners will not be affected by price changes after payment has been received.

Refund Policy: If you decide a course is not suitable for you, you may request a refund within seven days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than the first module. Requests should be sent to [email protected]. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds, though we encourage you to speak with a mentor if you are experiencing difficulty.

Enrollment in a course constitutes an agreement to participate in good faith. The following conditions apply:

• Access period: Course access begins upon enrollment confirmation and remains available for the duration specified in the course details, plus a reasonable grace period.
• Progress: Courses are self-paced with structured weekly milestones where applicable. We encourage learners to work at a steady pace for the best experience.
• Mentor support: Mentor feedback and code reviews are provided as described in each course. We aim to respond to submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically a few business days.
• Academic integrity: Submissions should represent your own work. Sharing answers or submitting work completed by others is not in the spirit of learning and may result in account suspension.
• Completion acknowledgement: Upon completing a course, learners may receive an acknowledgement of completion. This is an internal record and is not an externally accredited qualification.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our Content, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

• The fitness of our courses for any specific professional or employment purpose.
• Any specific outcome, career advancement, or skill attainment level as a result of taking a course.
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party tools, libraries, or resources referenced in course materials.

Our Content is intended for educational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice in any regulated field.

To the extent permitted under Thai law, Rianroo Lab's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question during the twelve months prior to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or damage to devices, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or changes in law — may affect the Service, and we shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by such events. We will make reasonable efforts to restore availability as soon as practicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rianroo Lab, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your misuse of the Service or its Content.
• Any content or materials you submit through the platform that infringes third-party rights.

By you: You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact us at [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where the seven-day refund window applies as described in Section 7.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, act in a manner harmful to other learners or our team, or if we have a reasonable belief of fraudulent activity. Where practical, we will notify you before taking such action.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive the termination of this Agreement.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Civil and Commercial Code and applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you have a concern about our Service, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected]. Most matters can be resolved through a calm, direct conversation and we are genuinely open to hearing from you.

Should informal resolution not be possible, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rianroo Lab regarding use of the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision of these terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement to another person. We may transfer our rights in connection with a business reorganization, provided your rights as a user are not materially diminished.
• Notices: Legal notices to Rianroo Lab should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address. We may communicate with you via the email address associated with your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or how we operate. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled learners by email.

Continuing to use the Service after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you are welcome to close your account and stop using the Service.
